Church Picnic

Plan on being with your church family at our annual picnic!

What better way to kick off the summer with an evening spent together eating, playing yard games, and watching your kids run through the inflatable obstacle course a bazillion times!

Put this event on your calendar and plan on bringing a side to share and your own lawn chairs. We will provide the meat, drinks, and desserts. 

You may notice that it isn't immediately following Sunday morning service this year and that's intentional!

Here are a few reasons we felt that a shift to an evening time might work best for us this year:

1. With two services, an evening picnic gives everyone the opportunity to be together without having to go home and then immediately return and without having to rush to make a bring a side when Sunday mornings are already a bit hectic!

2. Families will be able to keep their routines, take their kids home, eat, nap and then come back out for a fun evening! Less fussing and more fun!

3. You never know what Missouri weather is going to be in June but we do know that it's going to be cooler at 5:00 PM than at 12:00 PM. This will be a more enjoyable temp for all of us to hang out.

With the addition of an early service, there's a chance you haven't seen some of the people you used to see every week. This all-church event is going to be a great time to catch up and be together with our community. We hope to see you there!
