Camp Cyokamo Work Day

Bring your family out to Camp Cyokamo for an afternoon of service!
WHY?
In early 2025, we began a new partnership with Camp Cyokamo, a children and youth camp located in Alba, Missouri. Cyokamo's vision for helping kids encounter Jesus at camp aligned with our value of prioritizing the next generation and we hosted our first elementary and middle school camp at Cyokamo in August. One of the aspects of this partnership we were most excited about was not what we can GET from Cyokamo, but what we can GIVE! So, besides being a monthly partner with them, we also want to give of our time and resources to help better their facility. This benefits not only our community but other local church communities who also spend weeks at Cyokamo.
WHAT?
You and your family (that's right, there will be plenty of jobs for kids too!) are invited out to Cyokamo for an afternoon of serving and making Cyokamo a more welcoming place for the summer camp season of 2026.
Arrive and be ready to work at 2:00 PM!
BRING:
Any helpful landscaping tools (weed-eater, chainsaw, etc.) if you have them Any available painting equipment Cordless drill and bits and batteries Work gloves (we’ll have extras available if needed) Bug spray Closed-toe shoes Sunscreen Clothes that can get dirty or paint on them Refillable water bottle
DINNER WILL BE PROVIDED
A fish fry dinner will be served at 5:00 PM.
